James Grayson

James is a St. Louis native who started his real estate investing career by doing fix and flips and single family rentals which eventually transpired into him becoming a multifamily investor!

Throughout his adolescents James knew he wanted to create some type of ownership. After constant trial and error he found that real estate was his passion, once he let go of all the limiting beliefs that controlled his mind he chose to dive head first into the multifamily realm of real estate.

James is also a fitness fanatic and a book worm who enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally and emotionally.
